Your comfort is our priority – which is why VELLA offers a wide range of exclusive and flexible payment options:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PostFinance)

  • Mobile payments (Twint, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • E-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller)

  • Bank transfers (Switzerland, international, SEPA zone)

  • Online payments via Payrexx (incl. invoice, PostFinance, Klarna, etc.)

  • Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more)

  • Cash payments

  • Escrow solutions – for maximum security via a neutral third-party provider

Payment methods depend on the selected service:

  • Private Concierge: Retainer model (monthly in advance) or individual services (prepaid)

  • Luxury Experiences & Signature Afternoon Tea: Payment prior to execution

  • Private Events: 50% deposit upon booking, balance due no later than 7 days before the event

  • Boutique Private Staffing: Individually calculated flat rate or ongoing service fee, payable in advance or as agreed

At VELLA, flexibility and transparency are paramount. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability.
The following terms apply to cancellations:

Private Concierge

  • Retainer Model: may be terminated monthly with 14 days’ notice

  • Individual Services: free cancellation up to 7 days before the service; thereafter, partial to full charge applies

Luxury Experiences & Signature Afternoon Tea

  • Up to 14 days prior: free cancellation

  • 13–7 days prior: 50 % charge

  • From 6 days prior or in case of no-show: 100 % charge

Private Events

  • Up to 30 days prior to the event: free cancellation

  • 29–15 days prior: 50 % charge

  • From 14 days prior: 100 % charge

Boutique Private Staffing

  • Placement Assignments: free cancellation until written confirmation of engagement; afterwards, full fee applies

  • Ongoing Engagements: notice periods as defined in the contract; early termination by the client incurs a full monthly charge
